The Personnel Office, at division level, is a subsidiary of the General Administration Department, with responsibilities for implementing the acquisition, development, maintenance and utilization of the Institute’s human resources and exercises planning, organizing, controlling and coordinating a variety of work including recruitment, selection, training and development, salary management and staff relations management, employee safety and health management. The office is divided into three functional sections operating in the areas of administrative staff affairs, academic affairs and salary management of full-time staff.
